“ Brixx Wood Fired Pizza in Cary, NC, is an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere. The menu offers a diverse range of options, making it easy to find something for everyone in the family. We ordered the kids pepperoni pizza with pineapple, the spicy shrimp pizza, and the sweet Thai pizza. Each dish was a masterpiece in its own right. The kids' pizza was a hit, perfectly balancing the sweetness of the pineapple with the savory pepperoni. It was clear that only the freshest ingredients were used, and the wood-fired crust was crispy and delicious. The spicy shrimp pizza was a flavor explosion. The shrimp were cooked to perfection, and the combination of spices gave the pizza a wonderful kick without being overwhelming. The sweet Thai pizza was equally impressive, with its unique blend of sweet and savory flavors. The sauce was exquisite, and the toppings were generous and well-distributed. Overall, our experience at Brixx was fantastic. The staff was attentive, the service was prompt, and the pizzas were nothing short of amazing. “ Had a wonderful dining experience here. They were short staffed the day we went, but the solo host took care of everyone and got orders out timely. No worries, we were prepared with our Mandala board game in purse ;) We ordered the white pizza, the spinach dip, and the 4x4 - all yummy on buttery crisp olive oil bases They had so many options, we'll certainly be back! “ My husband and I really love to grab dinner at this location. We love the Mexican pizza and salads and they have a great beer special Monday nights. The staff is very friendly and provide great service. We usually get Will (I believe - will update if I have this wrong) and he takes great care of us! ”

“ My visit to Brixx pizza was worst experience ever. First of all, the table we were sitting on outside was not clean so we requested our server to get it cleaned and it was not cleaned even after asking twice, so, we had to ask another server to switch our tables. Now, my wife is allergic to mushrooms and so we requested without mushrooms pizza and to our surprise we got mushrooms on pizza. The server was apologetic and got us a replacement but both our pizzas were burnt till black and one of them tasted sour probably due to burnt tomatoes on top. Also, for appetizer we placed an order for Mac n Cheese and to our surprise, the server placed it on our table and left. We had to wait for 10 minutes to call him again to ask for silverware to eat that pasta. The Mac n cheese tasted okaish and didn't taste that well. The server hadn't placed any silverware/napkin on our table from the start. Refill for our drinks were taking so long; we had asked for a refill and cheque in the end but it took so slow that in the end we just paid and left. The only good thing was atmosphere as the place really gave good vibes. Edit 1: The owner followed up with me on this and was very much apologetic and listened to every detail and provided with a very satisfactory resolution. I am planning on going in again sometime soon to try it out again and will update my review per the same as I do believe mistakes happen and so will try them out again but I am really satisfied with the follow-up from the owner and so updated my review for the same. Edit 2: Tim invited us to give it a try once again and we decided to give it a try yesterday and the experience was really awesome. The server was really friendly and made our experience memorable. The food was really good this time, the pizza were really soft and tasty. We ordered brushetta, Margherita, and Hawaiian pizza and everything was really tasty and fresh. In the desert we ordered the cookie and I definitely recommend to order it with ice-cream. Overall, we really enjoyed it and would definitely be back again. ”

“ I just wanted to start by saying how much I appreciated our waiter Michael. When we were seated, there were half full to-go cups that he immediately apologized and cleaned up. Michael was super attentive and was very polite with our entire experience at Brixx. We came o na Tuesday which I believe is trivia night and it got pretty loud for a Tuesday night. Michael was patient with our order amd even took his time explaining the questions we had. I’ve been to many restaurants during after hours and have never once met a waiter this patient. The food was absolutely amazing. Given that I am a food critic, i ordered a variety of food. To start, the pizza was amazing. We got the speciality pizza and the mix of meats were delectable along the thin crust as well as sauce ratio and toppings ratio. There wasn’t an ingredient that fully took over the pallet. The wings came in a sauce (bourbon barbecue) that was tangy as well as savory which were cooked outstandingly. The meat fell right off the bone and the ranch was the perfect sauce to pair with it. The pasta was cooked to perfection and unlike many red sauces given nowadays, this red sauce did not engage my sensitive acid reflux. The Cesar salad was surprisingly plated on a big plate which gave it the affect of what some would call “getting scammed” but was filling and has compliments of every component of a Caesar salad. The tangy, savory filling of cream, and stochastic notes of pepper was a delight. Overall I recommend this restaurant for a delectable quick bite. ”

“ My eldest loves their pizza and thinks it a big treat to go here and indulge in sharing a pizza and root beer. His favorite! Thanks for having good wood fired pizza and a blend of indoor and outdoor seating as we’ve been at times when I thought I’d sit outside but found it to be too cold or windy. Overall a nice cozy spot with good food and ambiance. ”

“ Went here with my work team for a team lunch on a Friday afternoon. It was my first experience at Brixx and more importantly this location.We had a reservation made for about 12 people and they were able to accommodate us. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza. If I go to a pizza spot this is usually the type of pizza I order. If you know me , you know I love my bbq sauce. Anyways, best BBQ pizza ever hands down. It was a personal size but filled me up generously. I usually don’t eat crust on pizza, but this crust was too good to pass up. The service was excellent. the seating was plentiful . 10/10 recommend ”
